Lactation Consult

Feeding isn’t always (or even often) the smooth transition folks anticipate, and you aren’t alone if you’re struggling. Let’s problem-solve low milk supply, oversupply, issues with latching, painful feeds, return to work, pumping, feeding in challenging situations like the NICU, weaning comfortably, or any other situation where you need support and information. This consult is usually 90 minutes to 2 hours long and includes a written plan of action and 2 weeks of text/email/phone support follow-up.
Follow-Up Lactation Consult
$100
Should you need more extensive follow-up than what can be provided by text/email/phone support after the inital consult, or if new issues arise and an in-person visit is needed, this is an option. This consult includes continued text/email/phone support follow-up, as well.
If this is out of reach, I can often offer payment plans, a sliding scale fee, or services for barter/trade. Equitable access and care are very important to me.
